House Rules
Check in is anytime after 12PM (noon) INNGOA Holiday Homes request you to follow a few rules in order not to have any untoward incident in your lovely stay in Goa.
- We would love our guests to keep the place Neat and Tidy.
- Swimming Pool can be used only with swimming costumes.
- All visitors must sign in with the security at the gate.
- Please obey the 10 km/h speed limit around the complex.
- Please park your vehicles at the side of the road to avoid inconvenience to the other residents/guests.
- Please don’t blow the vehicle horn within the complex.
- Please keep noise down especially after 10 pm.
- Please use clothes drying racks and do not dry clothes in the balconies or in common areas.
- Please do not flush anything accept toilet paper in the toilet.
- Garbage Bins are provided around in the common areas.
- Join us in conserving energy by switching off the lights and other switches before stepping out of the room. Specially the Air-Conditioner and Hot Water Geyser.
- Please keep the stairways clear at all time.
- Please obey the Swimming pool rules and timings.
- Please take care and report any damages or breakages immediately to avoid any inconvenience fee.
- Wifi Internet and Swimming Pool facilities are complimentary and free of charges. Please note the above facilities are strictly subject to availability. At times due to technical issues or bad weather conditions the services might not be available.
- Please take care of your valuable, we are not responsible for any loss or damages.
- All Foreign Nationals are requested to leave copies of their Passports/Visa details and complete Form C, which is available on request.
- Indian Nationals will have to provide ID documents or OCI details if applicable.

Понравилось абсолютно все. Расположение отличное. До пляжа медленным шагом минут 10. Сам комплекс очень симпатичный и чистый. Очень тихо. Квартира просторная и чистая, все прекрасно работает. Душ, туалет, газовая плитка, микроволновка, тостер. Очень большой холодильник. В спальне кондиционер. В кухне и гостинной вентиляторы. Все в полном порядке. Есть даже фен и утюг. Сушилка для белья на балконе. Большое спасибо хозяину квартиры, туалетные принадлежности были предоставлены все. Мыло, шампунь, кондиционер для волос, зубная паста и туалетная бумага. И даже пакетики чая и кофе на первое время. Очень здорово. Все продумано. Интернет работал очень хорошо. Джонатан очень приятный молодой человек. Очень внимательный. Сразу отвечал на все вопросы. Нам все очень понравилось. С удовольствием приедем еще раз. Смело могу рекомендовать всем этот вариант проживания. Обратите внимание, что в туалетах не плотно закрываются окна. Там жалюзи. Так сделано, практически, по всей Индии. Поэтому, не забывайте как следует закрывать дверь, иначе, особенно вечером, налетят комары. Фумигаторы есть, но лучше комаров в дом не пускать.

“We stay in this apartment from mid. November -17 to mid. February 18. Location is excellent, pool clean and well kept up as whole residency. To walk to beach, take few minutes and to village about twenty minutes. The residential area is neat, safe and quiet. The apartment is in the good direction and the balconies are not too hot. Jonathan and Joel (brother of Jonathan) take very god care of us. We had agreed on a weekly cleaning and linen change and it worked perfectly. If we have some questions Joel was constantly reachable by phone and he visited daily somewhere in resort area. We rented from Jonathan a LTE modem with WiFi. It was quite convenient solution to get all our devices connected to internet. Speed was enough for most needs: Email, Facebook, Skype, WhatsApp, even videos but daily data limit (~1 GB) restrict the viewing of movies to half an hour Of course, the local SIM with data plan on your phone works well too, but it requires more effort. Facilities of apartment’s and furnishings are OK, A/C works well and warm water is enough. All in all, the apartment responded perfectly to description and our expectations. Thanks to Joel and Jonathan for a very comfortable stay.”

Great ambience Place was simply awesome. Beach at walkable distance, pool very well maintained.
Above all Joel was always reachable on call though we hardly required to call him as everything was perfect.

Finding Goa a new place, I was bit worried but one of my friend suggested this place this Place. It was awesome experience and safe place to stay. Their is no time constraints and it could be a safe family stay. My host Joel guided me through out the tour. I would highly recommend this place for peaceful stay near by the beach with a less cost.

The stay was very comfortable. Jonathan and Joel- No good words for these super souls. They have taken care every minute details to give comforts to any “family” or groups. Most precisely the type of accessories and facilities- they are providing is simply outstanding in terms of every aspects reflecting their simplicity. We were staying in C-6 and we went with our pet-cuddles. She was so homely and preferably for pets the out bathroom they had provided with all cleaning sanitary accessories well organized- is commendable. Jonathan is a very approachable person and he is very straight about his offerings. Good thing is that- He does not advertise it too much as he had spent his early time in bengaluru; he understands very well what preferably any person coming from IT crowd needs. One most touching thing- Joel — Came to us just one day before our departure asking only the discomforts or problems we faced if any. Overall- The human touch is superb. If you are looking dependable fancy advertised models without value for money and no human touch–Please don’t reach out. These two gentlemen are good professionals but everything they offer is with a human touch to it. See you both during December. Thanks so much. Appreciated.
